there is so much to do in this lifetime, so much to experience and it's really important to stay awake for it all, the good and the bad. i don't mean sleep-wise, i mean being present in the moment. not thinking about what comes next or what just happened, or tomorrow or last year. it's hard to be 'right here, right now', but it's worth the practice. what a joy to live this life as one infinite moment. blessings on this friday. xo, am photo:
