it's been an exciting few days, many changes at work, in life, and of course with changes come new beginnings. i am walking and hiking quite a bit and it quiets my mind. i always have a repreive from the noise and find peace while putting one foot in front of the other. bodies in motion. saving my soul. thank you for checking into this humble, little blog and i leave you with this: “I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being.”
