MIND THE GAP

mind the gap doesn't just apply to trains and subways, it also means pay attention to the space in between. i like to mind the gap in meditation, which simply means minding the moment between my breath in and my breath out. there is a moment, brief as it may be, where the body is completely at rest, the mind is at rest and the world opens up. enjoy your weekend and mind the gap if you can. : ) xo, am  photos: google, dietcokeandasmoke
